If you have the Basic level, you pay per event you need help with, while on the other two levels, the help is included for the standard functionality of WordPress. We also always make the best effort on templates and extensions, and usually, we solve the problems within our WordPress operating agreement.
WordPress security
No matter what level you have, our hacker warranty applies. In short, it says that if you keep your WordPress, extensions, and templates up to date, we restore and clean your website free of charge if you get hacked.
The reason we can provide such a guarantee is, among other things, that we constantly monitor which extensions have published security holes, and scan all our websites to check if they are installed.
If you have Total, we make sure everything is up to date at all times. On Basic and Medium, you easily update yourself. If something goes wrong with an update, we roll back to a working version for free.
Response times for problems
A key part of our WordPress Managed Hosting is that we guarantee our availability. There is little benefit in an operating agreement if you have a problem and have to wait forever for help.
We use a Zendesk to answer email inquiries, and with this tool, it’s easy for us to keep track of everything to be answered. We also make sure to have adequate staffing throughout all holidays and holidays.
On weekdays, our phone number is served by 3 operators, and you should always come through to one of us. We rarely miss an incoming call, but if we do, we always call back.
We also use several tools to monitor our services and keep watch 24/7 to respond to incidents on our infrastructure.
