Basic support is included in the Medium and Total packages, while Basic customers pay per request.
In Basic support, we guarantee to solve all the challenges in the functionality of WordPress itself and on a best effort basis on templates and extensions.
With the best effort, we mean that we do the following:
- Log into the solution and identify the problem and see if we can easily solve it.
- Look through server and client logs for errors.
- Search for a solution in the search engines.
If we can solve the problem with these measures, it costs you nothing.
Extended WordPress Support
With our extended support and development agreement, you are guaranteed assistance with all daily operations of your website or online store.
Typical tasks we do under this agreement are:
- Installing and configuring extensions.
- Resolve conflicts between extensions and templates.
- Development of minor functionality.
- Minor design adjustments.
The agreement regulates the workflow from the time you send us a task, and until completed.
For larger projects, we normally make a separate agreement.
